hey all,
later this month i plan to travel with delta to visit someone and was wondering about how you know when your return flight is scheduled. do you pick that when you book your flight? Also, how do you set up the assistance from delta to help you around the airport and plane? thanks for any help you can give
Most airlines will let you book either a one-way or a round-trip flight; they won't automatically book a return. Have you booked yet?
Generally, what I do when I request assistance is either call the airline, mention my need for assistance in the airport, and book my ticket that way, or book online (most airlines have an option to disclose if the passenger is an unaccompanied minor or someone with a disability).
I know it's not specific to Delta, but I hope this helps!
i'll have to see what the options are when i go to book the flight online in the next couple days once i get the money to do so.
Yes I do know there is an option to mark disabled or in need of assistance when you book your Delta ticket online through delta.com. Getting assistance is a breeze though even if you don't mark it when you book. People are all to ready to come up to you and assist you to the check in counter and find someone to assist one through security and to one's gate. Good luck and enjoy your trip! :-D
